Democratizing ATS Optimization With Zero Server Storage
We built AIResumeATS because millions of qualified US job applicants were getting automatically rejected by corporate Workday & Taleo screening algorithms—not because they lacked experience, but because their formatting failed the bot.
100% Client-Side Privacy
Job seekers shouldn't have to surrender their confidential career data and personal contact information to corporate servers just to check a keyword score. We engineered AIResumeATS in pure browser JavaScript so your resume never leaves your computer.
32 ATS-Friendly Templates
Multi-column graphics and tables can be harder for corporate parsers like Workday and Taleo to read correctly. Every one of our 32 templates uses strict single-column DOM ordering, designed for ATS-friendly parsing.
Zero Subscription Paywalls
We believe you shouldn't be held hostage by $30/month subscriptions just when you are actively looking for a job. We provide complete TF-IDF keyword matching, split-screen live building, and instant vector PDF exports completely free.
The Science Behind Our TF-IDF Scoring Engine
When Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse evaluate an incoming application against a job description, they do not use creative AI or emotional interpretation. They use mathematical Keyword Frequency & Term Weighting (TF-IDF) to score technical competencies, tools, and required certifications.
Our engineering team built our scanner around this same TF-IDF-based scoring approach in our browser engine (`script.js`). When you paste your target job description, our scanner filters out over 150 standard English stop words and builds a frequency-ranked target dictionary in less than 200 milliseconds.
We then cross-reference your resume text across four structured categories: Technical Hard Skills (50% weight), Core Competency Categorization (25% weight), and Formatting & Action Verb Strength (25% weight).
The result is a transparent, actionable 0–100 match percentage accompanied by color-coded missing keyword chips and executive action verb replacements (`Spearheaded`, `Engineered`, `Orchestrated`)—empowering you to take control of your hiring outcome.
